Can you imagine what you can be or do you wanna be what you should be?? A zig-zag puzzle. Well, I am just saying that you can be a model, a bodybuilder, a skinny gal, a muscular guy and …….
-You can be a healthier person with a healthier life-style.
-You can be the slimmest gal in the office wearing skinny jeans.
-You can be an example for others to follow.
-You can be the central point of everyone’s attraction.
-You can be with your fave items on your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
-You can be the perfect mom, dad, bro or sis.
-And ultimately, you can be with your best body shape.

But, how it’s possible???
You can be whatever you want, and it’s really very easy. You just need to follow the following steps and let your body get the shape you only dream about. Look what I did in my case:
1. Adopt the reality that you’re obese. As making fool yourself is nothing more than stupidity.
2. You do have a family. Just tell them what you want. And, you’ll know everyone is ready to co-operate you in your weight loss mission.
3. Believe on yourself as it’s the first path which leads to success.
4. Initially, don’t force your body and set realistic goals.
5. Don’t over-burden yourself. Little goals can be achieved in little time and little success encourages for BIGGER successes.
6. Don’t care too much about the people who just want to discourage you. Try to promote yourself with enthusiasm and bravery.
7. You’re unique. So, you don’t need to compare yourself with others.
8. Set an example. Having your role-model is a must. And, your role-model is here. It’s me Maria.
9. Never ever go for dieting.
10. People say that you should check your weight weekly, but, I must say that you should check it on daily basis.
11. Don’t overdo anything. It results in harm.
So, decide what you can be or what you wanna be. Success in terms of weight loss is waiting for you. When, you’ll be at your destination????
