1. Water, Water, Water…… 8 times. I mean to say, drink 8 glasses of water per day.
Why: It helps to lose weight and helps to get you lean and sexy and makes your skin glowing. It’s a fact that water is one of the most rapid weight loss tips that dieticians suggest to people and it leads to 100+ calories extra burned a day.
2. Eat, Eat, Eat……. 6 times a day, but only small meals.
Why: Eating enough helps to boost your metabolism and small frequent meals keep your metabolism burning during the day and even when you’re sleeping.
3. Walk, Walk, Walk…… 5 days a week. Just one hour.
Why: it reduces obesity as well as the risks of heart attack and increases muscle strength.
4. Take your last meal 3 hours before you go to sleep.
Why: As it helps the meal to be absorbed or digested properly. To have food in your stomach while sleeping can be dangerous.
5. Include fresh vegetables and fruits in your breakfast.
Why: Eating fresh fruit and vegetables can help guard you against illness so try to increase your daily intake of fresh fruits and vegetables.
6. Just don’t take care of pills and supplements etc.
Why: Most of them are not supposed to lose weight. If anyone could be, then, it wouldn’t help you for a long time in reducing your extra fat/weight.
7. Nay, don’t get bore…… as boredom leads to obesity.
Why: Being bored at home results in overeating and overeating results in obesity. So, keep yourself busy with your friends, and social events but don’t with TV or PC.
8. 30 seconds for each mouthful….
Why: Yeah, your each byte must remain under your teeth for thirty seconds. Mind receives signals from body after 10 minutes (when you started). So, eat slowly.
