Obesity results in……

Obesity shows that you’re not conscious about your body and especially diet and it also shows that you’re suffering from a disease which is being observed as a public health problem in America.

Here’s the list of diseases which you’d be suffering from (however, I really don’t want that), if you’re obese:-

1. Congestive Heart Failure: Obesity results in congestive heart failure. It’s the condition where heart can’t pump enough blood to body’s different organs.

2. Infertility: Infertility also comes because of obesity and it makes men or women unable to contribute to conception.

3. Fatty Lever Disease: Excessive amount of fat may cause lever-damaging inflammation which can produce irreversible liver scarring or lever cancer also.

4. Hernia: occurs when the contents of a body cavity bulge out of the area where they are normally contained.

5. Colorectal Cancer: the third most common of cancer and the second cause of death come with Obesity.

6. Breast Cancer: Take care!!! Ladies, as breast cancer is the most common cancer among women and obesity leads to it.

7. Low Back Pain: Obesity may also result in low back pain.

8. Headache: It’s a condition of pain in the head which may be another result of obesity.

Other diseases are: Depression, Low Self Esteem, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Asthma, Type 2 Diabetes, Immobility etc. A lot of more diseases are there, but I think we should not waste out time to count the diseases, let’s find here the solutions.

It’s easy to stay healthy, if you can cook at home

Researches have shown that the young buddies who can cook at home are leaner and healthier than the people, who can’t cook food. Heath Risks are for you if you are used to order meals from some hotel or restaurant. Reason being that is “Fast foods are bad”. And I think every one, including kids too, is known about it but even then, why don’t we’re not ready to skip fast foods. Yeah, Yeah, I know you’ll say ‘Taste also matters’ but this taste is the real poison.

Well, attention! If can’t cook food. You are not able to cook food as you’re lazy. Just be an active person and save at least 10 dollar a day by preparing the whole food at home. Preparing food at home will let you consume less fat, sodium and other chemicals also.

And yeah please don’t care too much to finish the food. As most people try to over eat the things just to finish the food, they prepared so that it may not get waste. Cooking and then cleaning also helps to burn more calories. You’d like to know that At last, a survey found that opposite sex think people who can cook a healthy meal are more attractive.

I think house-wives are feeling a little healthier after reading this post.

So, who’s going to join a cooking class from tomorrow? What, you are going right now…. all the best and hope you’ll be a better cook as well as a muscular person.

Ans: Well, you’re a yo-yo dieter so I should not say directly but as your true guide, I am not going to hide the truth. Yo-Yo diets can send your body into defense mode which is harmful.


What Starvation Mode is and how to avoid it?

Ans: When you eat few calories per day, body may enter into starvation mode. It will slow down your metabolism and also your ability to lose weight. In general, woman should not go below 1,200 calories and men shouldn’t go below 1,500 calories.


What is the best weight loss pill?

Ans: Well, honestly, I’d say ‘NO ONE’. Weight loss pills are never meant for, what they’re being used for. Try to avoid those so called ‘weight loss pills’.


One of my friends lost weight, why doesn’t the same strategy work for me?

Ans: Each own of us is having different body type (Read out now, which is of yours). So, sometime it happens and the best strategy for your friend doesn’t work for you. However, some online Fat loss Programs are available and you may pick the best one for your specific body type.

Is it possible to keep the weight forever?

Can I lose weight and gain muscle at the same time?

Weight loss and muscle gain can be done simultaneously. In fact, most of the online Fat Loss Programs are written with same strategy. So, you can be a loser and a gainer at the same time.

Whose fault if you regain weight!!

Yesterday, I was reading an article in LA Times on the topic ‘If you’ve regained the weight, fault is not on your side’. But I think, it’s definitely on your side. It’s only you and you’re responsible, if you find it difficult to keep your weight off.

Why it’s difficult for the people to keep their weight off for ever, once they have lost it? I think, following are the reasons why most of people regain their weight/fat once again.

Most of the weight loss seekers can’t keep the pounds off because they are unrealistic and are full of eagerness. People don’t have patience. Some people start some ultra strict diet or exercise program. Some may choose weight loss surgery or some may go for suction lipectomy. These all are the quick weight techniques so people lose the weight/ fat very quickly. Once they’ve lost the weight, from here the actual trouble begins…

People go back to living the way they were before losing the weight. And finally, they regain all the weight. People can’t keep the pounds off because they expect permanent results from temporary changes. Here’re the tips to lose weight and keep it permanently off-

1. Have patience

2. Aim to lose ½ or 1 pound a week

3. Don’t try to cheat yourself

4. Don’t let the failure come in your way

5. Try to accept the fact that it’s a life long battle

6. It’s tough to go back to the way you used to live

7. Get help from your family and friends

8. Only adopt the life-style changes which you can keep for ever.

And finally choose one of the two options-

Big temporarily life style changes - fast temporary weight loss

Small permanent life style changes - slow permanent weight loss
