Visit bakeries, pizza, Ice cream shops to gain weight!!

STUDIES HAVE SHOWN THAT MOST PEOPLE GAIN WEIGHT IN CERTAIN PLACES: LIKE BAKERIES, PIZZA PARLORS, AND ICE CREAM SHOPS.

Yeah, it’s true. A survey conducted on more than 20000 people has shown that most of the obesity comes from Bakeries, Pizza Parlors and ice-cream shops. It’s a very serious trouble and America should get rid of it otherwise American population is on RISK.

LOL….Oh! Come on. Nothing is special there, it’s an obvious fact and no studies have shown that and I think no studies need to show that. Every one knows that Junk Foods are the main reasons of obesity and all above places are huge stores of junk foods. Some facts that you need to know (And, I am serious now) -

1. Researches found that 83 percent of high schools and 67 percent of middle schools now have contracts with a soft drink manufacturer.
2. Participation rates in outdoor activities are lower and TV, online games, Ipods and PSP etc are main reason to it.
3. One in four ads shown during TV shows advertises Junk Foods, Soft drinks, sweets etc. Children do believe to follow what’s happening on TVs.
4. Skipping breakfast and visiting Pizza-hut is the newest trend, not with teenagers only but also with older ones.
5. Most of the internet users especially gals, do like to visit online fitness programs and only a few of them are interested in out-door activities.

So, researches have shown above 5 facts. Now, it’s my time so I’d say..

“Creating the perfect environment is not easy but choosing the perfection is not tough”.

Perfection means good eating habits, whether it’s you or your kid.

Obesity results in……

Obesity shows that you’re not conscious about your body and especially diet and it also shows that you’re suffering from a disease which is being observed as a public health problem in America.

Here’s the list of diseases which you’d be suffering from (however, I really don’t want that), if you’re obese:-

1. Congestive Heart Failure: Obesity results in congestive heart failure. It’s the condition where heart can’t pump enough blood to body’s different organs.

2. Infertility: Infertility also comes because of obesity and it makes men or women unable to contribute to conception.

3. Fatty Lever Disease: Excessive amount of fat may cause lever-damaging inflammation which can produce irreversible liver scarring or lever cancer also.

4. Hernia: occurs when the contents of a body cavity bulge out of the area where they are normally contained.

5. Colorectal Cancer: the third most common of cancer and the second cause of death come with Obesity.

6. Breast Cancer: Take care!!! Ladies, as breast cancer is the most common cancer among women and obesity leads to it.

7. Low Back Pain: Obesity may also result in low back pain.

8. Headache: It’s a condition of pain in the head which may be another result of obesity.

Other diseases are: Depression, Low Self Esteem, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and Asthma, Type 2 Diabetes, Immobility etc. A lot of more diseases are there, but I think we should not waste out time to count the diseases, let’s find here the solutions.

Are you being Obese from Overweight??

Normally, most of the people think that being overweight and being obese, both are the same. But nay, it’s not like that. Lot of difference is here between an overweighed person and an obese person. Let’s see what dictionary says:

Overweight: Weighing more than is normal, necessary, or allowed, especially having more body weight than is considered normal or healthy for one’s age or build.

Obesity: The condition of being obese; increased body weight caused by excessive accumulation of fat.

 

Well, whom we consider an overweight? Any person who has extra fat but body is capable to carry it. Overweightness is obviously bad, but it’s controllable and an overweight person doesn’t look shapeless as obese does.

Overweight turns into obesity when you don’t control your diets and foods. If you’re a fleshy person, then, extra care should be given to whatever you eat and whatever you do. Because risks are more for you; as compared to normal people. Control yourself at this stage otherwise the next stage will let you feel just helpless.

Being slim or muscular is easy for a fleshy person but once you get obese; it becomes not impossible but so difficult. So, just get ready to be muscular from overweight, don’t wait to be obese from overweight. Don’t know how to decide whether you’re overweight or obese?? Following may be helpful for you-

→ An adult who has a BMI between 25 and 29.9 is considered overweight.

→ An adult who has a BMI of 30 or higher is considered obese.

Fit Over 40- a real success

So, this is the next Real Success. Let’s see what the loser has lost after using Fit Over 40 and how much fit he is after crossing his 40s???

On the very next day, we’re in the restaurant. Then, he told me his whole story. Here it is-

“He was a muscular guy during his high school days. His physique was good so never cared about what he eats and what should he eat? Junk foods, soda, bear, snacks, meat….. and anything which young generation is fond of was his best dish. So, overeating and bad-eating resulted in extra weight. After crossing 40s, his life was nothing less than hill. It was tough to control him-self because of rapidly growing weight and health issues.

Here, came Fit Over 40. Which let him to get the shape, he was in his 20s. Today, he’s a healthy person with good health and muscular body. I wanna show you his before-now pictures, but unable to do as there’s some technical trouble, but will definitely show you as soon as possible. It’s easy to stay healthy, if you can cook at home

Researches have shown that the young buddies who can cook at home are leaner and healthier than the people, who can’t cook food. Heath Risks are for you if you are used to order meals from some hotel or restaurant. Reason being that is “Fast foods are bad”. And I think every one, including kids too, is known about it but even then, why don’t we’re not ready to skip fast foods. Yeah, Yeah, I know you’ll say ‘Taste also matters’ but this taste is the real poison.

Well, attention! If can’t cook food. You are not able to cook food as you’re lazy. Just be an active person and save at least 10 dollar a day by preparing the whole food at home. Preparing food at home will let you consume less fat, sodium and other chemicals also.

And yeah please don’t care too much to finish the food. As most people try to over eat the things just to finish the food, they prepared so that it may not get waste. Cooking and then cleaning also helps to burn more calories. You’d like to know that At last, a survey found that opposite sex think people who can cook a healthy meal are more attractive.

I think house-wives are feeling a little healthier after reading this post.

So, who’s going to join a cooking class from tomorrow? What, you are going right now…. all the best and hope you’ll be a better cook as well as a muscular person.

Can you imagine what you can be or do you wanna be what you should be?? A zig-zag puzzle. Well, I am just saying that you can be a model, a bodybuilder, a skinny gal, a muscular guy and …….

-You can be a healthier person with a healthier life-style.
-You can be the slimmest gal in the office wearing skinny jeans.
-You can be an example for others to follow.
-You can be the central point of everyone’s attraction.
-You can be with your fave items on your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
-You can be the perfect mom, dad, bro or sis.
-And ultimately, you can be with your best body shape.



But, how it’s possible???

You can be whatever you want, and it’s really very easy. You just need to follow the following steps and let your body get the shape you only dream about. Look what I did in my case:

1. Adopt the reality that you’re obese. As making fool yourself is nothing more than stupidity.
2. You do have a family. Just tell them what you want. And, you’ll know everyone is ready to co-operate you in your weight loss mission.
3. Believe on yourself as it’s the first path which leads to success.
4. Initially, don’t force your body and set realistic goals.
5. Don’t over-burden yourself. Little goals can be achieved in little time and little success encourages for BIGGER successes.
6. Don’t care too much about the people who just want to discourage you. Try to promote yourself with enthusiasm and bravery.
7. You’re unique. So, you don’t need to compare yourself with others.
8. Set an example. Having your role-model is a must. And, your role-model is here. It’s me Maria.
9. Never ever go for dieting.
10. People say that you should check your weight weekly, but, I must say that you should check it on daily basis.
11. Don’t overdo anything. It results in harm.

So, decide what you can be or what you wanna be. Success in terms of weight loss is waiting for you. When, you’ll be at your destination????

How a busy mom lost her after-baby fat

Most of the people reading my blog are used to ask me “Why don’t you include more and more real-life stories in your blog”??? According to them, real-life successes inspire more than anything. And I think they’re right. So, we’re including a particular section entitled ‘Real Life Stories’ here. Anyone of you, who wants to get inspiration from real-life scenario, can get here.

Well, the first success story is of my friend ‘Jenny’. Attention!! Moms…., especially busy moms…

She gained a lot of weight when was pregnant with her baby in 2006. After the delivery of the baby, she was having 65 pounds extra. So, her quest was to lose 65 pounds approximately. Initially, she started taking fad diets and got nothing. Mom (her) advised her to join gym and she joined. Can you imagine? She spent 1.5 months there, but weight was still at the starting point. Ever faced such kind of situation?? Or you do dislike traveling via airplane? Or you can’t sit in the same position for a long time?? Or finds it tough to sit in a seat that’s made for someone half your size?? I am not kidding you!!!

Well, if you answer any one of the above as ‘Yes’, then, you’re obese. And, I don’t know whether it’s true or not, but I have heard of obese people having to pay for two seats since they take up a lot of extra space. A few months ago, I was just like you. At that time, I was defining myself by saying that airplane seats are shrinking and the seats and gangways are being smaller and narrower. Ah!! Truth is so bitter. I was being honest with me when reality was something else. So, I faced the reality when a lady sitting near to me while I was flying from Texas to New York “You should control your weight as it’s crossed off all the boundaries.” I thought she is right so started my weight loss quest and lost extra 35 pounds. Recently, took a few flights and happy to say that now I am able to fit comfortably into the airplane seats. Ah! Have a sigh of relief.

Think for a while, all airlines will get vanished if they’ll allow a person to pay for one seat but take up two seats. I am able to sit (or we must say, fit) into a single seat so I think no need to pay for double fare. So think before, if planning for a flight. Going to pay a double fare or going to get slim and healthy!!! I think it’s not so tough to decide.

Quick tips to lose weight quickly

Here’re quick tips which can let you to lose weight as quickly as you follow them:

1. Water, Water, Water…… 8 times. I mean to say, drink 8 glasses of water per day.
Why:  It helps to lose weight and helps to get you lean and sexy and makes your skin glowing. It’s a fact that water is one of the most rapid weight loss tips that dieticians suggest to people and it leads to 100+ calories extra burned a day.

2. Eat, Eat, Eat……. 6 times a day, but only small meals.
Why: Eating enough helps to boost your metabolism and small frequent meals keep your metabolism burning during the day and even when you’re sleeping.

3. Walk, Walk, Walk…… 5 days a week. Just one hour.
Why: it reduces obesity as well as the risks of heart attack and increases muscle strength.

Why: Being bored at home results in overeating and overeating results in obesity. So, keep yourself busy with your friends, and social events but don’t with TV or PC.

8. 30 seconds for each mouthful….
Why:  Yeah, your each byte must remain under your teeth for thirty seconds. Mind receives signals from body after 10 minutes (when you started). So, eat slowly.

9. The last but not the least visit my blog regularly and get what you are looking for to lose extra body weight/fat.

So, get started from the start and end will be definite WEIGHT LOSS.

The softest way to lose fat/weight…..

You can lose weight just by changing what you drink, without even touching what you eat.

Okay, first of all, I am little bit confused whether to use the word softest here or I should say one-way to lose extra after reading weight. Decide yourself what I am about to say….

When most of the obese people think about weight loss, then, what they consider which they should take care of?? Exactly, food and their meals. They think about calories but again in terms of food and whatever they’re used to eat. It’s good enough as food makes the majority of our diets but diet doesn’t mean just FOOD. There is another aspect of your diet that’s being neglected by everyone.

Well, I am talking about drinks, especially water. Water doesn’t contain any kind of calories so try to replace everything with water. It may cause some troubles initially, drinking more water than your body is habitual to, and you’re running to the bathroom constantly. LOL….. But stay with it.

Eight glasses, for a normal person and if you’re obese then you need more. And, this more can be 16 glasses of water and even more……
